Once you submit your application form, our team will review the information you’ve provided, verify insurance benefits, and collect required consent forms. We will also review any documentation related to prior services.

If any information is missing or requires clarification, one of our intake specialists will reach out to you. With consent, we may request required records directly from the client’s physicians to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.

2. Assessment and Treatment Plan Development

Once all required information and documentation are received, our team will proceed with the assessment process.

This may include:

  • Direct observation of behavior and skills
  • Interviews with caregivers or family members
  • Review of medical and/or educational records, if applicable

During the assessment process, and prior to the BCBA finalizing the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), the parent or legal guardian will be asked to complete required questionnaires or parent assessments. These measures are used to establish baseline functioning and support treatment planning.

Following completion of the assessment and required questionnaires, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will develop an individualized behavior plan tailored to your loved one’s specific goals and needs.
