We are here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Once you submit your application form, our team will review the information you've provided, including your contact details, previous services, and your insurance information. If anything is missing or requires clarification, one of our intake specialists will reach out to you for further details.
After reviewing your initial information, we will schedule an initial consultation with you. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your child’s or family member's needs, goals, and any previous therapy or services they may have received. This consultation is a chance for us to learn more about you and your loved one, and for you to ask any questions about our therapy programs.
Once we have a better understanding of the individual’s needs, our team will conduct a thorough assessment. This typically includes:
Following the assessment, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will develop a personalized behavior plan tailored to address your loved one’s specific goals and needs.
Once the behavior plan is developed, we will submit it to your insurance company for authorization and approval. This is a crucial step to ensure that ABA therapy will be covered under your plan. Our team will work closely with your insurance provider to facilitate this process and ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted.
In addition to submitting the behavior plan, we will verify your insurance benefits and check your coverage for ABA services. If your plan requires any additional paperwork or approval, we will assist you through every step to make sure therapy is fully authorized and covered.
Once the insurance authorization is received and all paperwork is in place, we will begin the ABA therapy sessions. Our team of trained therapists will work with your child or loved one in the most effective and supportive way, using the strategies outlined in the behavior plan.
ABA therapy is an ongoing process. Throughout the therapy, we’ll provide you with regular updates on your loved one’s progress. Our team will adjust the treatment plan as needed to ensure we are always working towards the most effective goals. We also offer continued support and open communication with families to address any concerns or updates.
We value the involvement of family members in the therapeutic process. Our therapists will collaborate with you to provide the necessary tools and resources so that you can continue supporting your loved one’s progress at home, school, and in other environments
